I met Kira at least 6 years ago when I searched for a reputable CPR/AED/First Aid training program for our clinic. She was very responsive and efficient in helping me get the right training to the right people.
On training days, she is prompt and 100% ready. The only thing I needed to do was show up and let her into the building. Her training is very easy to follow with great stories to help us understand. Following training, she followed up with me to make sure all certifications were completed and sent out.
She took this a step further in helping our clinic purchase a new AED. Again, she was very quick in her responses to me to help me get the right equipment and any auxiliary items that would be required to go with the AED.

I wanted to reach out and thank you again for being such a great instructor during the session last Thursday. I was one of the attendees, and I wanted to share that I had to administer CPR this past Saturday.
A man was struck by a car and thrown from a scooter. It was striking to experience everything you mentioned firsthand, from the rush in adrenaline to the large number of bystanders. The situation felt surreal, but I am grateful I was able to help before first responders arrived.
Please keep doing what you're doing, it truly is changing lives.
